Использовала для тренировки -глайдинг. Упражнения с дисками-просто огонь прорабатывается всë тело! Одна сторона, которая гладкая-она для коврового покрытия, а которая мягкая-для гладкого пола.
На фото диски уже потëртые, потому, как пользуюсь по полной! Нравится! Рекомендую. Посылка была с пупырчатой упаковкой, продавец, умничка!
