These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to fitnesseddy.com (the “Website”) and to all products and services offered through it. The Website is operated by Fitness Eddy LLC (“Fitness Eddy”, “we”, “us” or “our”), 1872 Pleasantville Rd, Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510, United States.

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked in them: our Shipping Policy, Refunds & Returns Policy, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create an account.

Fitness Eddy sells home gym and workout equipment, performance apparel and footwear, fitness trackers, tactical and outdoor gear, MMA and boxing gear, bottles, blenders and related accessories.

Products are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice. We work to keep descriptions, images, specifications and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. Each product page shows the current specifications, sizes, variations, pricing and shipping information. Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by our supply and delivery partners.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless a page states otherwise. Prices and offers may change without notice. Your order total, including any applicable shipping and taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Amazon Pay, Cash App, Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By placing an order you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use it. If a payment fails, we may cancel the order.

Your order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, before it ships, because of a pricing or listing error, stock problems, suspected fraud, or because we cannot lawfully ship to your destination. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the payment in full.

Discounts and promotions may be limited by customer (for example, first-time customers), by product or by time, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

We aim to process orders within 3 days after they are placed. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 days within the United States, and international delivery times vary by destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, customs, holidays and other events outside our control can affect delivery, and we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds go to the original payment method, typically 5–7 days after we receive and inspect the item. Exercise and sports equipment involves physical risk. Read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, check weight limits and inspect products before use, and speak to a qualified professional before starting a new training program.

Where a feature requires an account, you agree to give complete and accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You agree not to use the Website unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, or to place fraudulent orders.
