California Privacy Notice: your CCPA rights
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents. It explains the personal information we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Who this applies to
This notice applies to visitors and customers of fitnesseddy.com, operated by Fitness Eddy LLC, who are residents of California. Terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning here.
Information we collect
In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

We do not collect sensitive personal information other than payment card details entered at checkout, which are processed by our payment providers. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Sources: directly from you (for example, when you order or contact us) and automatically from your device when you use the Website.
How we use it
- To process your orders, payments, delivery and returns, and to prevent fraud.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To operate, secure and improve the Website, and to analyze traffic.
- To advertise our products, including on Google, Meta and Pinterest.
- To comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
Who we disclose it to
For business purposes, we disclose personal information to payment processors, suppliers and fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, website hosting, email, chat and order-tracking providers, and analytics and advertising partners. We require service providers to keep it confidential and use it only to perform services for us.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. We use advertising and analytics tools from Google, Meta and Pinterest that collect identifiers and browsing activity through cookies and pixels. Under California law this can count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out by emailing info@fitnesseddy.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”, and you can use the opt-out tools described in our Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information as long as needed for orders, returns, support, tax, accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance, and then delete or de-identify it.
Your rights
- Right to know and access: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclosed it to.
- Right to delete: we will delete your personal information, and direct our service providers to do so, unless an exception applies.
- Right to correct: ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: see “Sale and sharing” above.
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your rights.
We may deny a deletion request where we need the information to complete a transaction, provide a requested product, detect security incidents or fraud, fix errors, comply with a legal obligation, or make other internal uses permitted by law, such as keeping order records.
How to make a request
Email info@fitnesseddy.com or call +1 (646) 631-8771. You do not need an account. We need enough information to verify your identity and understand your request. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of their authority. You may make an access request twice in any 12-month period.
We respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request. If we need more time, we will tell you why and extend by up to another 45 days. We deliver our response by mail or electronically, at your option, and we do not charge a fee unless a request is excessive, repetitive or manifestly unfounded.

Under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents may ask which personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Email info@fitnesseddy.com to ask.
