Supplement Disclaimer: read before you use any supplement

Our catalog covers home gym and workout equipment, performance apparel and footwear, fitness trackers, tactical and outdoor gear, and accessories such as shaker bottles and blenders. If we add dietary supplements in the future, the terms below apply to them.

Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for prescribed treatment or a balanced diet.

Speak to a doctor, registered dietitian or other qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition, or are an athlete subject to anti-doping rules. Supplements can interact with medications and with each other.

Articles, guides and product descriptions about nutrition or supplements are general information. They are not medical advice and do not create a doctor-patient relationship. Individual results vary with age, weight, health and how consistently a product is used.

Follow the manufacturer’s label and directions. Check ingredient and allergen information before use, and stop and seek medical advice if you have an adverse reaction. Keep supplements out of reach of children.

If you order from outside the United States, you are responsible for making sure the product is permitted under your local regulations.

We are not responsible for misuse of products, for effects caused by ignoring professional advice or label directions, or for outcomes outside the product’s intended use. See our Terms of Service. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
