The Spring Step bounce rope trainer set uses latex tension ropes to train jumping, speed and strength. Attach the waist belt, ankle straps and hand buckle to the ropes for resisted leg, arm and waist training.
The straps are adjustable with Velcro, soft foam cushioning and D-ring buckles, and the whole kit packs into a drawstring pocket for the gym, the office or travel. Choose from five colors.
